The Tidewater Property Management Homeowner and Board Application offers a convenient and accessible platform for engaging with your community association via mobile devices. It enables users to perform tasks such as making payments, reviewing account details, and accessing community information from a single interface.

Existing users with login credentials for the association’s website can authenticate through the app using the same email address and password. New users without current login details can initiate registration by clicking the register button, submitting their information, and awaiting approval. Upon approval, an email will be sent with a link to set a password, after which users can log in directly through the app.

For those who already possess login credentials but have forgotten their password, the 'Forgot Password' feature facilitates password reset. Users need only enter their email address to receive an email containing a link to create a new password, enabling subsequent login with updated credentials.

Post-login, homeowners can access a variety of features designed to streamline community engagement:

• Switch between multiple property accounts seamlessly
• Access the Homeowner Dashboard
• View association documents and directories
• Browse community photos
• Utilize the Contact Us page for inquiries
• Make assessment payments securely
• Manage violations by adding comments and uploading photos directly from a mobile device
